3. Hosting and processing on our behalf

This website is operated on a server of Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. The server is located in the Falkenstein data center in Germany. Hetzner processes the data arising from page requests on our behalf as a processor, on the basis of a contract pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

This website is entirely static and is delivered without a content delivery network. All content, including images and fonts, is stored on the same server. No content is loaded from third-party servers, in particular no fonts from external providers. Personal data is not transferred to countries outside the EU when you visit this website.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in providing this website securely, stably and efficiently.

4. Server log files

Each time this website is accessed, data is collected automatically and stored in server log files. This may include:

  • the browser type and version used
  • the operating system used
  • the previously visited page (referrer)
  • the subpages accessed
  • the date and time of access
  • the IP address
  • the internet service provider
  • comparable technical data

We do not use this data to draw conclusions about individual persons. It serves to deliver the content correctly, to ensure the security and stability of our systems and to investigate attacks on our infrastructure. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

The log files are deleted as soon as they are no longer required for these purposes, and after seven days at the latest.

5. Cookies and local storage

This website does not set cookies. Nor does it use comparable storage technologies such as local storage or session storage, and it does not access information already stored on your device. Consent under § 25 TDDDG is therefore not required, which is why this website has no cookie banner.

6. Contacting us

This website does not contain a contact form. If you email us, we process the information you provide solely to handle your inquiry and any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the inquiry is aimed at concluding a contract, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries. We do not pass your information on to third parties without your consent.

7. External links

This website links to external services: the websites of our brands referencemodels.com, sooii.de and verstag.io, and the Instagram profile of referencemodels.com. When you click such a link, you leave this website. The respective provider is responsible for data processing on the linked pages, and its privacy notices apply. For Instagram, this is Meta Platforms Ireland Limited.

Content from the linked pages is not embedded in this website, and we do not embed social media plugins. Merely visiting this page therefore does not establish a connection to the linked providers.

8. Recipients and transfers to third countries

To protect our legal and economic interests, we work with external advisers such as lawyers and tax advisers. They are subject to statutory or contractual duties of confidentiality and may use data transmitted to them solely for the engagement in question.

Our hosting provider is based in Germany and processes data on our behalf on the basis of a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Personal data is not transferred to countries outside the European Union in the operation of this website. Should this change, we will base any transfer on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses (Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914) and update this notice.

9. Legal bases for processing

Where we obtain consent for processing, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR serves as the legal basis. Where processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or to take steps prior to entering into a contract, it is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Where we are subject to a legal obligation, for example to comply with tax retention requirements, we base the processing on Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR. Otherwise, we process data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR to protect our legitimate interests.

Our legitimate interests lie in the secure and trouble-free operation of this website, in defending our infrastructure against attacks and in responding to the inquiries we receive.

10. Retention and erasure

We process and store personal data only for as long as is necessary to achieve the purpose of the processing, or where statutory retention periods require it. Once the purpose no longer applies or a retention period expires, the data is routinely erased or its processing restricted. We delete email correspondence as soon as the matter concerned has been concluded and no retention obligations prevent this.

11. Your rights

As a data subject, you have the following rights against us. A message to hello@reverce.io is sufficient to exercise them.

Access (Art. 15 GDPR)
You can request confirmation as to whether we process personal data concerning you, and obtain information about that data, the purposes of the processing, the recipients, the planned storage period and the source of the data.
Rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
You can request the rectification of inaccurate personal data without undue delay and the completion of incomplete personal data.
Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
You can request the erasure of your personal data if one of the grounds set out in Art. 17 GDPR applies and no statutory retention obligation prevents erasure.
Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
You can request that we restrict processing, for example while the accuracy of your data is being verified.
Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
You can receive the data you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, or request that it be transmitted to another controller where this is technically feasible.
Objection (Art. 21 GDPR)
You can object at any time to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We will then no longer process the data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests.
Withdrawal of consent (Art. 7(3) GDPR)
You can withdraw consent you have given at any time with effect for the future. The lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal remains unaffected.

12. Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR)

You have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you that is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — here: the technical operation and security of this website and responding to inquiries.

We will then no longer process the data concerned unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims. You can send your objection informally to hello@reverce.io.

13. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

Without prejudice to any other remedy, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia (Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen, LDI NRW), Kavalleriestraße 2–4, 40213 Düsseldorf, Germany.

14. No automated decision-making

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR. You are under no statutory or contractual obligation to provide personal data in order to use this website.

15. Version of this privacy policy

This privacy policy is current as of September 2026. Further development of this website or changes in legal requirements may make amendments necessary. The version available here applies in each case.
